Victoria Smalls

Victoria is a native of St. Helena Island, South Carolina. Not only is she a talented artist, she is also the curator and custom framer for the Red Piano Too Art Gallery.  She has always had a love for art.  When Victoria was child, her mother would often draw using pastels and this is now Victoria’s choice of medium.  A frequent subject used is that of faces with varying hues.  This is reflective of her biracial parentage, being part of a huge-blended family of multi-ethnic siblings, and being a member of the Bahai Faith, whose philosophy is the oneness of humanity.

Just recently, Victoria has decided to pick-up a paintbrush and enjoys painting the scenes of her home—South Carolina’s Sea Islands and the images within her Gullah Culture.
